Who Is The Actual Terrorist?

For local area which is in upheaval in the four provinces (Pattani, Yala, Narathiwat and Senggura) especially, for Malay Muslim Patani community, will always has a question mark about the term used by the Thai Government, namely "terrorist". Because for them (those Patani), the term terrorist is usually in direction to a person whom commit cruelty, abuse and violence against others.

In reality, the cruel actions which always occur in the turbulent area, usually done by Thai Government stooge itself, this is undeniable by the Thai Government, though government and Thai soldiers always throw defamatory allegations to Patani’s liberative fighters (Pejuang Pembebasan Patani) and claim that all the cruel actions were done by Patani’s liberative fighters (Pejuang Pembebasan Patani).

Starting from the violent case on Malay Muslims Patani in Ta-ba, Narathiwat which resulted in hundreds of martyrs were killed and wounded (syahid). This incident occurred on October 25^th, 2004, and the violent policy is still continued by the Thai Government until now.

In 2009, violent actions and slaughterous cases of the Malay Muslims Patani have occurred for several times committed by the Thai Government stooge. It is not only the slaughterous case in Al-furqan Air-Tempayan Chok-airon mosque in Narathiwat, which caused 12 people of the Malay Muslims Patani sacrificed martyr (syahid) and fews of were seriously injured, which have shocked and surprised International society. This is not the first and the last time that the Malay Muslims Patani community was being as slaughterous victims of Thai Government stooge this year.

On December 15^th, 2009, a wild and rude slaughterous case on Malay Muslims Patani, which happened in Pulau Gasing Village, T. Kolam, Ya'rang District, Pattani Province. The incident happened at about 5.30 p.m. local time. The story of the incident was 6 villagers were drinking tea in a coffee shop owned by Aisyah Kutek, and suddenly came a motorbike rode by two mysterious persons and was followed by a pick-up car (D-max). After the mysterious armed forces arrived in front of the coffee shop owned by Aisyah Kutek, direct their fire openly towards the coffee shop. Fortunately, no one seriously injured, because those who were in the coffee shop just-in-time to escape from the penetrating bullets, as they were previously aware and felt suspicious of the presence of the two mysterious vehicles, because their attitudes are not different from Thai mercenary and indeed they are Thai Soldiers.

On December 16^th, 2009, sadistic and savage murder happened against Cik Harun Yama‘s family, 44 year old villager of Bentong Village, T. Chakuas, Raman District, Yala Province. From the story which was told by Mik Yah (Cik Harun‘s wife), the incident occurred about 8 p.m. on December 16^th, 2009, when Cik Harun was with Nurmi Yama (2-year-old son), riding motorbike to the coffee shop which was not far from his house, to top-up his mobile phone credit and drink tea. After awhile he heard the voice of M .16 automatic weapons scatter-shot. With surprised and a sense of shock, Mik Yah hasted out of the house to ensure the victims of the M .16 automatic weapons. After confirmed that the wild automatic weapon’s victims were her husband and child, which her husband, Cik Harun was in his last breath at the scene, while her son Nurmi was crying of pain due to severe injuries, Mik Yah rushed to ask for help from the villagers’ Head (Tok Niban) M. 6 to bring the child to Yala Hospital, and she was accompanied by Basyu Yama (Nurmi’s sister). In the mean time when they would go to the Yala Hospital, Basyu was asked by Thai Soldier who was at the incident place "Where would you bring this child to?" Basyu was asked repeatedly by Thai soldiers in Thai language. Of course at first there were no any suspicious by Basyu and those villagers who were at the incident place.

Mik Yah and Basyu rushed out from where the incident occurred to bring her son, Nurmi to Yala Hospital with the villagers’ Head (Tok Niban) as a car driver. On the way headed for Yala Hospital, when they reached at Siamese village which was not far away from their village, they felt surprised whenever saw the street lighting were all dark strangely. When they reached at Thai soldiers’ camp in Siamese village, they saw many soldiers standing on sided road released M .16 automatic weapon's shot repeatedly towards the vehicle which brought Nurmi with her family to go to the Hospital.

Consequently, Mik Yah was affected by the shooting at her right hand, and Tok Niban was affected at his chest, which caused severe injuries. Only Basyu was a survivor of this second time attack by the Thai soldiers. Tok Niban who had serious injuries tried to strive his car faster, so that they could get apart from the danger zone in front of the Thai soldiers’ camp. When they reached in Belukar Luas Village that was not far away from the Thai soldiers’ camp, they stopped the car at a safer place and Mik Yah saw her son, Nurmi was no longer alive.

On December 21^st, 2009, another slaughter case happened on Malay Muslims Patani in Ramung Village, M. 1, T. Pujud, Muang District, Pattani Province. The incident happened at approximately 5.15 p.m. local time, at Mat Yusuf Deramae’s house, whose age was 40 years and his wife, Nafisah Deramae was 42 years. While Nafisah was cooking in the kitchen, suddenly heard a loud voice of M .16 and H & K automatic weapons scatter-shot in front of her house, she immediately rushed out of the kitchen to see what was happening in front of her house. She was shocked after seeing the victim of those loud voiced weapons and irresponsible men was her own daughter, Khadijah (4-year-old), who was affected from the scatter-shot in the head and ended her last breath without chance to say a word (speechless), while her sister, Fatimah has a serious injuries in the rear.

Mat Yusuf, the father of the victims told about the incident, that on the day the incident happened, the children, namely Khadijah and Fatimah were watching television in the house, his wife, Nafisah was cooking in the kitchen and he went to the garden which was not far from his house. He knew about the sad events when there was somebody went to tell him about it and he rushed back to his house. When he arrived at his house, he was nearly fainted after seeing his daughter, Khadijah already passed away while another daughter, Fatimah was bleeding from serious injuries. These sadistic and barbaric incident which happened in front of the Malay Muslims Patani’s eyes, who have never wondered on “WHO IS THE PERPETRATORS?. And for the community of the Malay Muslims Patani, these have been clear with doubtless that WHO IS THE ACTUAL TERRORISTS!!!
